The 1958 'Exhibition Pageant'
was a presentation by the children of the Sunday School which was part
of the celebrations to commemorate the 1400th Anniversary of the
founding of Bangor Abbey in 558 AD.
These photographs were taken
by a parishioner, the late Leslie Cummings, who has left us a remarkable
record, not only of the event, but of the church prior to it's
renovation the following year. |
